The Deloitte Tower: project completed!
The Deloitte Tower was delivered to its owner, Cadillac Fairview, on Friday May 1st, 2015. The month of April was one of the biggest months in terms of production and installation for the whole Epsylon team. In fact, the technical team as well as installers made extraordinary efforts to complete 99 % of the project within the expected timelines by CAL/PCL. Everyone involved in this project ensured exemplary cooperation. Epsylon is proud to have contributed to the success of this downtown Montreal new icon and stood by its commitments. The quality of the installed curtain wall is outstanding.
Montreal Biodome Phase IV – Project completed!
Epsylon is proud to annonce the completion of the Montreal Biodome works! The company replaced the majority of the 55 existing skylights over a period of 5 years, which is quicker than expected. The replacement of such skylights with curved mullions and polycarbonates was a technically challenging project in which Epsylon participated and overcame with success!

New project: The Wilder Building in Montreal
Epsylon was selected by the “Société québécoise des infrastructures (SQI)” and Pomerleau for the realisation of curtain walls for the Wilder Building, located in the “Quartier des Spectacles”, in Montreal. This 11-storey building of patrimonial interest will be renovated and welcome “Montreal’s Grands Ballets canadiens” as well as several government ministries.
New project: the SSQ Tower
Epsylon obtained from EBC Inc. the contract for the furniture and installation of all the curtain walls and aluminum panels of the SSQ Tower, in Longueuil.
The 12-storey project, which should begin in February 2015, consists of installing prefabricated curtain walls with incorporated aluminum panels for the building envelope. This project aims for the LEED certification and should be completed by 2016.
