The Germain Group chooses Epsylon for the Alt+ Hotel

Epsylon will take part in the construction of the brand new Alt+ Hotel in Brossard that will complement the accommodation offer in the Quartier DIX30. We will provide and install windows.

The new Campus Outremont will bear Epsylon’s mark

On the eve of holiday season, we are happy to announce that we obtained the mandate for the construction of the exterior building envelope and interior glazing of the new University of Montreal Science Complex.

Evaluated at 350 million $, this large-scale campus will be one of the biggest world-class innovation centers where more than 2,000 students and 200 teachers will be welcomed. This project will be realized in collaboration with EBC and MSDL Architects and represent more than 215,000 sq. ft. of prefabricated curtain walls.

Major donation to the University of Montreal Faculty of Urban Development

Epsylon is committed to supporting new generations in the architectural area, and more particularly, the building envelope.

This is why we are happy to announce that we made a major donation of $200,000 to the University of Montreal Architecture School, for the creation of the Epsylon Funds for the building envelope. Such contribution will allow providing leading-edge training activities focused on this area of expertise, in a sustainable way for all student generations to come.

Yesterday, we were received by the University of Montreal for an acknowledgement reception in order to honor this donation.

A large-scale luxury project: The Roccabella II

We are very proud to announce that we obtained the mandate for the construction of the building envelope of The Roccabella II tower, near the Bell Centre in Montreal.

This second 40-storey tower will complete the first one, which is already built. It will feature luxury condominiums in a style inspired by the great Italian design houses. Our installation works will begin next November. We are happy to be entrusted for the curtain wall construction of this second phase.

A new project: The Fresk Tower in St. Roch

Centre Vidéotron: project completed!

We are excited to announce that Quebec’s Amphitheater is now completed, according to the schedule and the allocated budget. Congratulations to all our team for its outstanding work! This project is one of our proudest achievements and will always stand for Epsylon’s expertise!

The Deloitte Tower: project completed!

The Deloitte Tower was delivered to its owner, Cadillac Fairview, on Friday May 1st, 2015. The month of April was one of the biggest months in terms of production and installation for the whole Epsylon team. In fact, the technical team as well as installers made extraordinary efforts to complete 99 % of the project within the expected timelines by CAL/PCL. Everyone involved in this project ensured exemplary cooperation. Epsylon is proud to have contributed to the success of this downtown Montreal new icon and stood by its commitments. The quality of the installed curtain wall is outstanding.

Montreal Biodome Phase IV – Project completed!

Epsylon is proud to annonce the completion of the Montreal Biodome works! The company replaced the majority of the 55 existing skylights over a period of 5 years, which is quicker than expected. The replacement of such skylights with curved mullions and polycarbonates was a technically challenging project in which Epsylon participated and overcame with success!

New project: The Wilder Building in Montreal

Epsylon was selected by the “Société québécoise des infrastructures (SQI)” and Pomerleau for the realisation of curtain walls for the Wilder Building, located in the “Quartier des Spectacles”, in Montreal. This 11-storey building of patrimonial interest will be renovated and welcome “Montreal’s Grands Ballets canadiens” as well as several government ministries.
