In order to strengthen its position at the heart of the city of Levis economic development, the Desjardins Group restructured its office building and granted itself with this magnificient 15-storey glass tower, which has obtained the LEED Gold certification.
For the Cité Desjardins, Epsylon elaborated the entire exterior envelope of this 380,000 sq. ft. building with prefabricated curtain walls.
The McGill University Health Centre was a 2.5-billion redevelopment project which implied the construction of three sites: the Glen Site, the Montreal General Hospital, and the Lachine Hospital. Epsylon participated to the realization of this project by providing curtain walls, aluminum panels, and skylights for the envelope of these buildings.
The Glen site of the McGill University Health Centre is the first hospital in the province of Quebec that has received the LEED Gold certification. We are proud to have contributed to this achievement.
The 500 Grande-Allée is a prestigious and entirely renovated office building. The project for this building was to reshape top floors and new premises on the last two floors.
Epsylon took part in the McGill student residences reshapement project.
Epsylon was proud to have been selected for the construction of the external prefabricated curtain wall envelope of high thermal performance for the new Research Centre of the Montreal University Hospital Centre (CRCHUM). Epsylon was chosen for its expertise in the design and engineering of performing curtain walls that possess upscale features in terms of acoustics and thermal performances. The project consisted in the conception, construction, and maintenance of the new 69,000 sq. m. research centre.
The CRCHUM has obtained the LEED Gold certification.
La Capitale Headquarters are located in this magnificient 10-storey building that is worth 80 million $, on North Grande-Allée in Quebec City. Epsylon had been chosen for the design, engineering, manufacturing, and installation of limestone curtain walls for the building envelope. With everyone’s collaboration, this building has obtained the LEED Gold certification.
Epsylon took part in the construction of the Commission de la Construction du Québec Headquarters by elaborating prefabricated curtain walls.

Epsylon was involved in the renovation and expansion of Quebec’s Science Complex by restoring its building envelope. The surface to be covered was a 120,000 sq. ft. envelope that was spread over 120 bay windows. The work involved the supply and installation of high-performance curtain walls, aluminum panels, and prefabricated silicone 4-face spandrels.
